I won on hard difficulty. I assaulted the right flank and didn't worry about the left (Although I left about 1/3-1/2 of my force in reserve there) I sent cav up the hill and sent my men into the farm. They took the farm and then I sent them up the hill, while the men were distracted, I sent my cav and finished them off. I managed to kill Wellington in the fire but that's when the Prussians arrived in force. I sent much of my force down the hill and it looked like I was about to loose, the Prussians had completely flanked me, the British were charging down the hill, and my right flank was toast. Through some incredibly fortunate cav charges and quick thinking I managed to wipe out what was left of the British and finished off the Prussians. VIVE LA FRANCE!

If someone is doing a underwear playthrough, I think being a range fighter is the best option. With lack of armor, I really don't see how one can get past the harder enemies in the later game.
